1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing j678 through any device or browser, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus or promotion, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Accounts found to be in violation will be suspended and any associated balances forfeited without recourse.

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

4 Deposits and Payments

4.3 Deposit Ownership

4.4 Deposit Processing

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

j678 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 1 to 2 hours of withdrawal request approval. This target applies to requests submitted after successful KYC verification and fraud screening. 5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j678 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

8 Game Rules and Fairness

Any unauthorised use of j678 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j678, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with:

j678's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy and Data

13 Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Suspension by j678

j678 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where j678 reasonably believes that:

• These Terms have been breached;
• The account is involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires such action;
• The account holder has provided false registration information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to j678, other players, or third parties.

13.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your j678 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance (subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC compliance) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. j678 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. 14 Amendments to Terms

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising between you and j678 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
